GMD Group joins DSBJ Group
Since November 2025, the GMD Group has joined the DSBJ Group, a leading Chinese industrial player specializing in the manufacturing of high-tech electronic components and products.
This change in shareholding marks the beginning of a new chapter for the GMD Group, supported by a stronger industrial vision, increased investment capacity and an expanded international dimension.
This strategic acquisition opens up new opportunities for the GMD Group:

- Industrial synergies: Combining GMD’s expertise (die casting, cutting and stamping, plastic injection molding, leather coating) with DSBJ’s know-how (electronic components for the automotive industry, die casting, cutting and stamping).
About the DSBJ Group
Founded in 1980 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2010, the DSBJ Group is a world leader in the manufacture of high-precision electronic components. The Group employs nearly 23,000 people at 24 industrial sites (China, Singapore, Thailand, United States, Mexico) and generates annual revenue of approximately €5 billion.
Its activities include the production of printed electronic circuits (rigid and flexible), display modules (LCD and touch screens) and as well as stamped parts and aluminum die-cast parts. All these products are strongly focused on mobility, connectivity and new energy vehicles, covering a wide range of sectors such as consumer mobile devices, telecommunications & networks, servers and IT equipment, and the automotive industry.
